Kit was in the international merchandise field for around 20 years from sourcing, developing, branding, distribution & marketing. Working with R&D, designers, productions, marketings, salesman etc… across countries, her diversification experience leads her to choose her true love product – skincare products as her lifelong career in 2016 and started her own personal care brand NBBKit [Natural Beauty By Kit].

Her studies and experience taught her that the marketing strategies in different products could be very different and varied from brands and markets. But the quality control of products needs to be bounded by the international standards, laboratory tests and cooperative up-to-standard manufacturers together with an attentive experienced follow up team.

Kit and her teammates are trying the best to keep the requirement on the ingredients, formulations, product quality control, cost effective, innovative functionality, diversification, improvement, and the market strategies.
